We were looking for a way to record and bill for our work for and on behalf of clients in the financial planning  space.  Our work with the team at Kandysoft helped us to integrate with our licensee account software – Xero and;

  • Have transparency across our client entities for billing

  • Know which Investment Managers and Insurers owed us either fees authorised by clients or commissions from new insurance work.

  • Report per Adviser on work billed for the week, month or custom period, work lodged for payment with Investment Managers or Insurers

  • Report on money outstanding from all sources for the reporting period

  • Import brokerage files and match to invoices for clients or fund managers that we have invoiced

Most of all we have control over our business revenue no matter how the client chooses to pay us and our advisers automatically get their reporting to keep revenue for work done on track.  This means Management are telling advisers what is going on rather than them reporting to us on spreadsheets and trackers where data is out of date and not integrated with Xero files for the Licensee.
